Texas is implementing a new program for all school age children. Its pretty clear that School Choice is going to force parents to decide if they are willing to pay for quality education or deal with potential bullying baked into this new age segregation. Unfortunately, we could see a lot more scenarios like Karmelo Anthony's. Speaking of which, it appears Karmelo's family has chosen a new spokesperson to handle the PR aspect of the suit. NWNF is watching to see whether or not this was a smart selection.
